Toady I decided to give the "blog world" a try. I have been captivated by a few bloggers these past months so I am taking a leap of faith to start one of my own. It just amazes me how creative some of you are with your blogs. I heard Miss Mustard Seed say" just be yourself" So here it goes. I am a wife. mom, nana and Christian women. I love all things homemade, frugal, repurposed and getting things for free or cheap. you could say in these hard times with the economy the way it is we all need to be watching what, and how we spend our money. I have been called "Betty Crocker" Martha and "The pioneer Women"those are all great compliments but I'm just me and I credit all my talent to God the one who gifted me with everything. We live in the country on a small farm of about 6 acres we have cows, chickens 2 cats and 2 dogs. I am in the process of opening up a little shop on my farm to sell homemade products of sorts and chalk painted furniture with shabby chic decor. I love making things and coming up with new ideas to share with others.
